Relaxing Test

The second term English Test

Text:
It is quite easy for doctors to tell people how to relax. But how do people really do that? I decided to find out for myself. So, I questioned teenagers between 15 and 18 how they relaxed. All of them come from secondary school because they make up the population which suffers most from stress. When I asked how many of them took some rest after a busy day, all of them said yes. But my main interest in fact was what they usually did to relax and keep cool.
As expected, the results of my survey show that many young people do not know how to relax and thus get rid of the stress. Most of them prefer watching adventure films or listening to “Jazz or Rock” music which is an unhealthy habit or drinking
coffee in the morning and the evening. They do not know that all those little things that make up modern life cause tension. I found that teenagers do things that are not good for them. To fight stress they should spend time in more relaxing activities such as reading books and meditating.
